Scholarships named in honour of former Committeeman

The Empowering Eaglehawk Committee of Management has once again awarded Scholarships to all of the schools in the Eaglehawk surrounding area.
As a mark of respect to former founding member of the Empowering Eaglehawk Enterprise the Committee has requested the Scholarships be re-established as a memorial to the late Peter Krenz.
The Krenz family were naturally delighted to accept the offer of the naming of the Scholarships as Peter had a long association with many of the schools and the youth in Eaglehawk with his involvement in the YMCA and B Central.
Peter’s wife Kerry will present the awards at the awards nights for the various schools.
The schools involved are Eaglehawk Secondary College, Eaglehawk Primary, St Liborius Primary, Eaglehawk Nth Primary, California Gully Primary, Raywood Primary and Comet Hill Primary.
