| Michael McKern |
President
Michael has lived and worked in Eaglehawk for the last 30 years. We run a small Steel Fabrication business in Victoria St employing around 40 people servicing most of Victoria.
Michael has served on numerous boards and committees in the Borough including sporting and employment bodies and regards this one as one of the most active and vibrant ones he has been involved with. It is great to be part of a passionate community.

| Kerry Krenz |
Vice President
Kerry is the newest member of the Empowering Eaglehawk Committee and although not Eaglehawk born and bred Kerry has lived here now for 27 years. She loves Eaglehawk and is passionate about seeing it move forward and grow. Kerry has 2 children who grew up in Eaglehawk but no longer live at home. Kerry is the widow of the late Peter Krenz who until his passing in October 2007 was the CEO of the Bendigo Regional YMCA and a founding member of the Empowering Eaglehawk Committee. Kerry feels that working with Empowering Eaglehawk is a great way for her to give something back to this community which has given so much to her.

| Brian Davey |
Secretary
Brian Davey was born, bred and lived all his life to date, in Eaglehawk.
His family originally came to Eaglehawk in 1862. He worked at La Trobe University Bendigo and it's antecedent institutions for more than 42 years.
His major area of responsibility was in finance and budgeting and as Business Manager for the Bendigo Campus. He retired at the end of April 2005. Married to Yvonne and with two children (now grown up and living in Melbourne), Brian and his family have been active in various community activities.

A late inclusion of the Empowering Eaglehawk committee, Sarah owns and operates Eaglehawk Travel and has done so for four years. Working and living in Eaglehawk, Sarah is passionate about the community and is actively involved in the local business network as vice president, as well as representing the business sector on the building a child friendly community working party. A genuine interest in seeing the Eaglehawk community grow and prosper has led to Sarah’s enthusiasm to be apart of the Empowering Eaglehawk strategy.

My husband Graeme and I have lived in Eaglehawk all our lives and both attended Eaglehawk Secondary College. I have two grown up boys, one of these also attended Eaglehawk Secondary College. We have been involved with the Eaglehawk Soccer Club, 1st Eaglehawk Scouts Group and the Eaglehawk Uniting Church. I have been employed with Bendigo Bank for 34 years, the past 25 years in a part time role at Eaglehawk Branch. Due to this position I have become acquainted with a large section of our community members.
Eaglehawk is a closely bonded community and a great place to live.

Mary (with husband Laurie) has lived in Eaglehawk since 1989 , and was actively involved in both Eaglehawk Primary & Eaglehawk Secondary College over the time our four children attended these schools, including Council Chairperson of Eaglehawk Sec for several years. Other roles have been within the Scouts/ Guides Groups, United Tennis Club, Uniting Church and for the last four years as Secretary of the Dahlia & Arts Festival "Sunday Family Day Committee".
When returning to Bendigo the choice was made to live in Eaglehawk as we appreciated the strong community aspect, and I find this Committee very exciting to be involved with.

Noel is the Assistant Principal of Eaglehawk Secondary College and has been teaching for 25 years the last twelve of these in Eaglehawk. Noel has a long association with Eaglehawk as his parents lived here and has many other relations in the Borough although himself being bought up in Golden Square. He believes that Eaglehawk has a unique community that has a level of local commitment and identity rarely seen in other areas. This strength is evident in the community projects that all local schools are involved and their commitment to being part of a strong and vibrant Eaglehawk.

| Emma Lewis |
Emma has lived in Eaglehawk for the past 8 years and initially attended California Gully Primary School and is now attending the Eaglehawk Secondary College completing Year 10 this year.
I joined Empowering Eaglehawk to be a youth representative as I enjoy representing the youth within our community. I recently started the group The Forgotten Ones which focuses on cleaning up our local cemetery.
I am currently S.R.C President and Walker House Captain at school and am involved in lots of different community and sporting groups.
Earlier this year I represented Bendigo at the National Constitutional Convention where I went to Parliament in Canberra.
I really enjoy watching Eaglehawk prosper, it’s an astonishing community involved place. It’s really the place to be!

Ross is currently the manager at Eaglehawk Supa IGA where he has worked for 17 years. He is the President of the Eaglehawk Business Network and a member of the management committee of Future Employment Opportunities. I believe that Empowering Eaglehawk is a great way to ensure that the community facilities and opportunities in Eaglehawk are continually upgraded.

| Greg Fathers |
Greg has worked in the region for the last 30 years as a Real Estate and Stock Agent and Business Proprietor. With a strong affinity to Agriculture and Rural Business Development, Greg is actively involved in sales and management and promotes the benefits of regional and provincial living to his clients in the North Central and Bendigo region. He services a wide geographic area with both residential urban and rural sales and business sales and looks forward to assisting his extensive client base with all their real estate needs.

| Peter Cox |
Peter is the former CEO of Future Employment Opportunities (FEO). He continues to work at FEO three days per week as Project Manager on a range of employment programs to create local jobs, which includes the newly developed Eaglehawk Industrial Recycling Centre, the Eaglehawk Recycle Shop, the Eaglehawk Enterprise Park, Enhance IT and On Track Training & Employment. Peter was elected as the Eaglehawk Ward Councillor in 2008 and is involved in many local Rotary Projects and lives and works in Eaglehawk.
